莲虾生态综合种养技术规程
1 范围
本文件规定了莲虾生态种养的莲田选择、田间工程、湘莲种植、放养准备、虾的投放、投饲管理、
日常管理、病害防控、捕捞和种养记录的要求。
本文件适用于我省莲田克氏原螯虾(以下简称虾)的生态种养。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
莲虾生态种 养 ecological cultivation of Lotus and shrimp
在莲田中养殖虾,莲田为虾提供生长场所,虾摄食莲田中杂草和水生生物的莲虾共生模式。
3.2
虾沟 ditch and puddle for Shrimp
在莲田中开挖的提供虾生长、繁殖的水沟。
3.3
虾沟占比 percentage of the areas of ditch and puddle
莲田中虾沟面积占莲田总面积的比例不超过 10%。
4 莲田选择
莲田底质应含沙低于 20%,保水性能好,产地环境应符合 NY/T 391的规定,水质应符合 GB 11607
的要求。

5 田间工程
5.1 田埂加固
用虾沟挖出的泥土加固、加高、加宽田埂。田埂应高于田面 0.8~1米,顶部宽 1~2米,坡比 1∶
(1.25~1.5)。
5.2 开沟
在莲田田埂内侧 0.5~1米处开挖环型或“ L”水沟,宽 2~4米,深0.6~0.8米,坡比 1∶1。视
莲田大小可开挖“回”或“田”型水沟。虾沟的面积不能超过莲田总面积的 10%。
5.3 防逃设施
莲田四周用石棉瓦、厚质塑料膜等制作 40~45cm高的防逃网。进水口用 40目、排水口用 60目网
片过滤防逃网。
5.4 进排水
进、排水口应分别位于莲田对角,高灌低排,定期整修。
6 湘莲种植
湘莲种植应符合 HNZ 185的规定。
7 放养准备
7.1 清田消毒
清理虾沟、修正垮塌。新开虾田可用生石灰每亩 100~150 kg消毒,留虾莲田可用茶粕每亩 20~
25 kg消毒。
7.2 注水
沟内前期注水 10~20 cm,随着水草生长逐渐加高水位。
7.2 试水
投放虾苗前在虾沟中放置 30~50尾小苗箱,观察 24小时。
7.3 植草
10月至翌年 2月, 在虾沟中移植伊乐藻、 轮叶黑藻、 扁担草, 草间隔 5m一簇, 水草占虾沟面积 35~50%。
8 虾的投放
8.1 虾苗
虾苗应附肢齐全、无损伤,体表光泽无附着物,活力强。外购虾苗应检验检疫合格。
